David Warner Defends Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli well known as the run machine has led the team towards victory in many situations and has a most successful captaincy. But in recent instincts, the batter has been a lot getting negative feedback from all people as he scored his last century in a Test match in Kolkata in November 2019 against Bangladesh. Since then he can make some fifties but has not been able to covert any match into three figures. Kohli has made the team towards victory in his 1st test match against South Africa but unfortunately due to the back spam issue was not able to play the 2nd test and is hopefully expected to join back in the 3rd Test.

Kohli is getting under a lot of pressure since the last couple of days after a lot of things have been going through in a career. But David Warner took a moment and expressed very positively about Kohli in a recent interview stating that “We have to understand Kohli’s situation too. The guy has been playing under a bubble for a long time. He has just become a father and rarely gets to see his daughter and wife. All these factors affect the performance of the players. Even the best fail to cope up with tough situations sometimes,”. He future added that even the best player deserves a right to fail once or twice always someone can’t play up to his standards when a lot of impacts are getting done by his personal life. So he said that also as he going through a lot of pressure moments even he has got into this kind of situation and he certainly needs to some time to get out of it and is completely not his complete fault and we should support him in this time and help him to bounce back. He also added that failing is quite common even for the best players in some points.

David Warner later added a lot about his getting sacked in IPL and also his situation and emotions he felt not being a part of Playing XI and also added some words about his Team Sunrisers Hyderabad and his bad experience.
