Virat Kohli has a lot of brother love towards AB Devilliers and he has put it out many times showing his support on the duo on and off the field and it’s a very well known fact the reason for this to take place is they both played for the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise since a decade and always have love to play the team side without failing also they have a very good partnership between them scoring good runs. This is a similar thing that has happened recently Kohli has wished Devilliers on his 38th birthday with a special message by making an image of them both with RCB jersey on them and captioning it as “Happy birthday biscuit, lots of love to you always my brother.” Both always never failed to show their support on each other in all the matches they played even they love to share batting in the ground with fabulous coordination among the duo.
Kohli even admitted that he will always be the number one fan for De Villiers and even has posted previously a post on him with the caption “You’ve given everything to RCB and I know that in my heart. What you mean to this franchise and me cannot be put into words. The Chinnaswamy Stadium will miss cheering for you and I’m going to miss playing alongside you, my brother. But in an interview, AB Devilliers has said that he will be still playing as a part of the South Africa and Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise and he will love to do so he said I have no idea what will come next but I will take it one day at a time and see. No one knows about it and hopefully, I can look back one day in the future knowing that I have made a big difference in the lives of a few players. That is my focus for now and I don’t know if it’s going to be professional or on a casual basis, but we will see where we go with that.
