Highlights from the TNPL 2022 Final between CSG and LKK: Due to the shared victory of Chepauk Super Gillies and Lyca Kovai Kings, the TNPL final was called off.
The game was cut down to 17 overs per side after the start was delayed. Sai Sudharsan scored a half-century in 30 balls while playing with amazing control. To limit their opponents to 138 runs, the CSG bowlers pulled things back in the latter stages.
In response, CSG’s first batter Kaushik Gandhi was out in the second over. Play went on despite the rain, but the Super Gillies had trouble scoring runs. The CSG innings eventually came to an end at 14/2 after 4 overs when weather again halted play.
