The Indian Cricket Team’s post-match celebrations after defeating Zimbabwe in the ODI series last week went viral on social media.
Although they gave excellent performances throughout the series, their post-match celebrations were the ones that garnered the most attention on social media.
According to the Instagram video Shikhar Dhawan posted, the Indian dressing room was the place to be following the third and final ODI.
The group hilariously danced to the well-known Bollywood song “Kala Chashma.” The video is available below:
Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill undoubtedly stole the event with their incredible manoeuvres. While KL Rahul, the Indian captain, left the game quickly, Mohammed Siraj and Dhawan weren’t far behind either.
In 1985, after being awarded the World Championship of Cricket’s Champion of Champions, former Indian player and coach Ravi Shastri took home the renowned Audi 100 trophy. In the intense match, India overcame Pakistan, and Shastri hit the game-winning shot at Melbourne Cricket Ground. A few T20I matches between India and the West Indies recently took place in Florida. With an 88-run triumph in the decisive game, the visitors took the series 4-1. The jubilation at the end of the series was a throwback to the past, despite the outstanding performances throughout. In 2019, India defeated Australia in Australia and achieved a historic victory. Cheteshwar Pujara’s outstanding bat performance (scoring runs) earned him the Player of the Series award.
