Indian all-rounder talks about how Indian team management has led India towards a great team.
Hardik Pandya, an all-rounder for the Indian team, gives appreciation to the management for fostering a safe environment where the players can express themselves freely. Pandya, who was in and out of the team due to injury, claimed that the management has always treated him with respect even if he wasn’t a consistent member of the Indian team for a sizable amount of time.
“I have been on and off the squad, but it is amazing to see the respect and worth they have shown me. The players are considerably more at ease because of the way we think. They only want to express themselves; they don’t want to experience the strain of representing India. Credit goes to the management for making this team significantly safer than any other team I have ever played on, according to Pandya.
The all-rounder claimed that India was well-prepared for their match and that for him, it was important to play with ease.
“We have prepared well, and although it is a unique game, as players we must pay attention to it just like any other game. Never in my life have I felt the need to hide what I am capable of; rather, it is about performing in a serene environment. Never is it about making a point “says the player.
India won the toss on Sunday and immediately chose to bowl first. Rishabh Pant, who led India in the home series against South Africa, was replaced, according to Rohit Sharma, by Dinesh Karthik.
