Mumbai Indians are very well known for winning the Indian Premier League 5 times and is a legendary team and is having a most successful history in the tournament. But Indian Premier League 2022 has been a complete disaster for them that is unbelievable such an incredible team has a continuous streak of 6 defeats in a row.
Also, the team is currently trying to at least grab a single victory and make their position better but they haven’t been able to keep some standard efforts and make their position in a good place in the points table.
Probably this is the worst IPL so far they ever encountered and for a team with such professional players it is being very bad to see them in such a horrible position and they not able to make a way into the playoffs but it’s very obvious that Mumbai Indians always lose their initial matches but later they make out a way but this time it seems like it’s completely out of hands.
Can MI Still Play Playoff Matches ?
Mumbai Indians currently are placed at 10th position in the points table with a net run rate of -1.048. They have lost all the 6 matches played without a single victory and they got back into the playoffs they need to make back to back wins without making a single defeat along with it they should also make sure that they win the matches with a good margin so that their negative run rate is converted into positive figures and bring their lost hopes into life and maintain their feet still in the Indian Premier Leauge qualifiers.
Even though it seems to be impossible but if efforts are kept hard they can bring out their standards and make this a possible one.
