FC GOA is actually originated from Goa it is Indian Professional Football Club in Goa. That competes in the Indian Super League, the top flight of Indian football. The club was established on 26 August 2014. This club mostly plays their home matches at the Fatorda Stadium in Margao.
FC GOA is the only Indian team to qualify the AFC Champions League group stage. The club has so passionate on football that it declared football as official sport in Goa state. The logo also defines there depth of Intrest in sport that they kept their state animal the Gaur embedded in it. FC GOA officially confirmed Premier Leauge winner on 20th september 2014.
The team had a better season in last year and had lost three matches but had kept good efforts to bounce back strongly and managed to get their position better in the end made a winning legacy securing seven victories in 20 matches played and includes 10 draws with 31 points and is placed at 4th position in points table.
This year is a complete disaster has lost all the three matches played and is placed at 11th position in the points table. They lost their first match against Mumbai City with 0-3 total. They lost their second match against Jamshedpur FC with 1-3 Total. They lost a match yesterday on 4th December against Northeast United with 1-2. One of the reason might be the loss of star striker Igor Angulo.
