The Virat Kohli led franchise have one of the most capable and intimidating players among all the franchises. The team has all the notable spinners, batsmen, all-rounders and pacers on their side.

Team management will now be deciding to make some modification in the team for coming season. The franchise must be planning on to retain three players.

BCCI have decided that, respective team can only retain three players. In addition, it is being educated that the salaries of retained players will be deducted from their auction wallets before heading towards Mega Auction.

Let’s talk about the three players Royal Challengers Bangalore may consider retaining before going into the auctions.

1) Virat Kohli

The skipper has already stated earlier, “I can’t think of me being in any other team than RCB, and that is been my commitment from day 1. I will continue to be a RCB player, till I play my last game in the IPL.” Kohli is the only player, in the IPL history to play all matches for a single franchise.

Kohli is one of the most dangerous players in all cricket format. The skipper holds the title of most runs-scorer in the IPL history. In the year 2016, Kohli won the orange cap where he slammed four centuries and was close to 1000 runs in that season. He has been consistent with his bat and almost follows a fixed pattern in the manner.

2) Mohammad Siraj

The pacer has been bowling incredibly over the last couple of months after the India-Australia test series. The bowler has destroyed many batters with his pace and fiery bounce. The bowler has improved his lengths and turning out to be a difficult bowler to hit big shots.

In recent matches, Siraj has bowled consistently above 140kmph and can bowl the death overs for RCB. Siraj might be a better option then Yuzvendra Chahal.

3) Harshal Patel

The Haryana boy has broken he record for picking up most wickets in an IPL season being an uncapped player.. The bowler has bagged 32 wickets in 15 matches. Harshal patel equals Bravo’s all-time record of 32 wickets in an IPL season.

The seamer has displayed some exceptionally well performance by bowling the most difficult overs from his side. Patel had an awesome season where he as accounted for some breathtaking performances. Harshal bagged 5 wicket-haul, 4 wicket-haul and a hat-trick in this season. He has been consistent throughout the season.
