A well-known Pakistani bowler named Shaheen Shah Afridi is preparing to play in the ICC T20 World Cup. After missing the Asia Cup owing to a knee injury, the Pakistani speedster is ready to excel upon his comeback to his team.

Shaheen Afridi uploaded a video to social media explaining his pre-comeback training.

At the 2018 ICC T20 World Cup, one of the dangerous pacers for the Pakistani side, Shaheen Afridi, intends to wreck havoc on the game. There are still a few weeks before the T20 World Cup roster is announced, but Shaheen Afridi was recently spotted working out in the gym and working up a sweat.

In order to demonstrate his growth to his supporters, Shaheen Shah Afridi uploaded a video to his YouTube channel. The speedster was seen lifting weights, doing squats, and doing other leg workouts to strengthen and recover from his knee injury.

During the first Test match in Galle against Sri Lanka in July, Afridi suffered a right knee ligament damage while fielding.

Shaheen Shah Afridi came to London for knee surgery after seeing the most recent match between India and Pakistan at the Dubai International Stadium. In an effort to hasten the player’s recovery, the PCB wanted him to receive the best care in London.

Information on his care has been shared with the medical team as well. The PCB has followed all advice given by the medical team regarding Shaheen Afridi’s care.
